The chilled water air conditioner works by pumping water and cooling it down to a very low temperature, as low as 4°C. Once cooled the chilled water is pumped throughout the system. With a good chilled water air conditioning system there is no real limit to the size of the system, whereas an air conditioner using Freon gas is much more limited.
